"Punk is a musical freedom. It's saying, doing and playing what you want. In webster's terms 'Nirvana' means freedom from pain, suffering and the external world, and that's pretty close to my definition of punk rock." Kurt Cobain would have been 43 this feburary. Kurt Donald Cobain was his full name. He was the lead singer of Nirvana, one of the greatest bands to ever play on stage. Nirvana was a multiplatinum grunge band, that change the face of rock music. In 1991 they released one of there greatest albums 'Nevermind', with there greatest hit 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'. Kurt Cobain would shortly die after this on April 5, 1994.
