sticks ans stones is a great book for teenage girls to read. It teaches you how to take in rumors and move on. jujube is a freshmen and lives with her mom, her Friend and her moms Friend. she goes to a valentines day dance with her secret crush and he is very popular. He brings her out to his car and makes a move. she pushes him away and suggest they should go back to the dance! he gets mad and him and his guy Friends start to spread rumors about her. she feels like dieng, until her and her Friend Carlos take a stand and do a school project on teen bullying and rumors.
